CURIOUS MIND.
CONNECTED THINKING.

I’m Tay Trinh Anh Dien Jordan. My focus is IT Infrastructure—understanding how devices communicate, how systems operate, and how to solve problems one step at a time.

I’m studying Higher Nitec in IT Systems & Networks at ITE College Central. I was admitted to the Director’s List for meritorious academic performance from April to September 2026.

My next step: turning classroom learning into clear, practical project documentation.

01 / EXPLORE

Network foundations

How packets find their way. Routing, switching and the connections between devices.

02 / UNDERSTAND

Systems & administration

The operating systems, users and services that keep an environment working.

03 / INVESTIGATE

Practical problem-solving

Break a problem down. Test an idea. Understand why a solution works.

02 / CERTIFICATES & RECOGNITIONLearning beyond the classroom

THE MILESTONES.
THE BIGGER PICTURE.

Milestones in learning, leadership, character and discipline. Each certificate tells a different part of my story.

THE KNOWLEDGE.
THE NEXT STEP.

My technical focus is IT systems and networking. The labs below are planned opportunities to practise and document these skills.

Inside PING-BOT

A fictional campus with six connected spaces and five support stories. Explore from first-person or robot view, investigate symptoms, and check that each repair helped the person who needed support.

  1. 01 / LISTEN

    Start with the person.

Meet Amina, whose classroom cannot reach its learning portal. Ask who is affected, understand what still works, and protect their saved projects.

  2. 02 / INVESTIGATE

    Follow the evidence.

Trace links, addressing, VLANs, DNS and Wi-Fi through simulated commands and hints before attempting a repair.

  3. 03 / VERIFY

    Make the fix count.

Run verification, then check back with the person. The story is complete when they confirm they can get back to work.

Inside PacketQuest

Play as Router-01 in a fictional network kingdom. Follow the gold route, work through networking challenges and reconnect NeoGrid, one encounter at a time.

  1. 01 / EXPLORE

    Follow the gold path.

Move through a pixel-art world using keyboard controls or a mobile direction pad. Each encounter introduces the next network problem.

  2. 02 / LEARN

    Turn concepts into choices.

Practise default gateways, static routing and DNS with questions, explanations, hints and retries.

  3. 03 / REPAIR

    Take on the terminal.

The Debian boss introduces typed Linux commands in a safe simulation. No real system commands are executed.

NEXT ON
THE WORKBENCH.

Directions for my next practical projects. These lab concepts are planned work, not completed projects.

What I’ll document: the setup and topology, configuration screenshots, test results, problems encountered and how I solved them. Completed evidence will be added as each lab is built.

06 / START A CONVERSATION

GOOD THINGS START
WITH HELLO.

Have an opportunity, a project idea, or something to share?
I’d be glad to hear from you.
